This meal prep has become an obsession!

Sesame Chicken and Rice is something most people order as take out- now you can make it right at home and have it prepared for the week! Plus, using the Minute Rice Cups just made it that much easier.

Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Minute White Rice Cups
Mixed vegetable bag (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
Eggs
Soy Sauce
Garlic Powder
Chili Powder
Brown Sugar
Sesame Seeds
Minced Garlic
Green Onions
Red Pepper Flakes
Salt
Black Pepper
Corn Starch (or almond flower)
Butter

Heres what to do:
1. In a pan, saute butter and veggies then add two eggs.
2. Cook the Minute White Rice Cups in the microwave and add to the pan with soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes on low mixing everything together.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, add the chicken, 1 egg, corn starch, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder.
4. Fry the chicken on a skillet for 8-10 minutes.
5. Remove the chicken and use the oil plus add in red pepper flakes, brown sugar, minced garlic, and cornstarch to thicken it. Stir together.
6. Add in the chicken and coat with the mixture.
7. Remove from the pan, add the rice and top with the chicken.
8. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and add in chopped green onions for garnish.
