His father Mr Peh, the founder, has been serving the dish since 1990s, and is now assisting with the preparation and cooking. Mr Pehs braised duck has gained a thumbs up by the food critic, Chua Lam (). The luscious braise sauce is slightly herbal, which accentuates the flavour.
