I often get asked 'When's the best time to visit Seoul, South Korea?" WHile my answer is usually "Whenever you have the time and money to do so" - I really believe the answer is:The last week of October and the first two weeks of November!Not only do you get great weather, you're also treated to spectacular fall foliage as well as blue skies! Just hope the rain doesn't set in too early!
