Timeless recipes of Henghua cuisine since 1933 - Ming Chung Restaurant

Back in 1933, Ming Chung Restaurant catered to the cravings of migrants from China through serving its affordable, home-style Henghua food. Having established for the last 90 years, Ming Chung is a known household name as one of the oldest restaurants offering old-school, authentic Henghua cuisines.

Run by 3rd and 4th generation owners, the restaurant serves an array of cuisines. Just to name a few, the signature dishes include white Lor Mee and fried fine Bee Hoon, fried Batang fish, spicy La La and stir-fried Kai Lan with beancurd skin.
