Ingredients

2 Rotis
2 tbsp Oil
2-3 tbsp Grated Carrot
2 tbsp Julienned Bell Pepper
1 Sliced onion (small)
2 tsp Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Grated Paneer
1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Finely Chopped Coriander
1 tsp Dried Oregano

Method of Preparation
- In a pan heat 1 teaspoon oil. Lightly saute onion, carrot, bell peppers until slightly cooked. Add oregano, black pepper and mix it properly.
- Top with Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, and toss once on high heat. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup adds another layer of flavour to the vegetables and garnish the filling mixture with coriander leaves.
- Brush tortilla with a few drops oil. Load filling on one half of tortilla.
- Top with grated paneer fold over and press down.
- Heat a non-stick tawa. Smear a few drops of oil on it
- Place tortilla on the pan to toast, until both sides turn crisp and golden brown.
- Remove it on a chopping board & cut into 3 wedges.
