Mini buns sandwiched with tomato slices and mozzarella cheese.TOMATO CHEESE BUNSIngredients2 medium tomatoes30 grams mozzarella cheese1½ teaspoons olive oil + as required4 mini buns2 garlic cloves, slicedSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste4-5 fresh basil leavesMethod1. Preheat oven at 180º C.2. Slit buns horizontally, apply some of the oil on top of the buns. Add some of the grated cheese, garlic slices and crushed peppercorns on the base of the buns. Arrange them on a baking tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts. 3. Remove the tray from the oven, place some of the basil leaves on each toasted bun. Slice tomatoes and place over the basil leaves. Cover with the remaining halves. 4. Serve immediately.
