1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 dry whole red chillies
1 tsp ginger finely chopped
1 tsp garlic finely chopped
8-10 curry leaves
1/4 tsp asafortida/heeng
1/2 kg tomatoes/5-6
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
piece of jaggery
2-3 tbsp oil
Some fresh coriander
