Ingredients:
K&N’S Jumbo Frank Sausage
(740 g) 5-6
Spaghetti 1 packet
Water (for boiling) as required
Salt (for boiling) 1 tsp
Oil (for boiling) 1 tbsp.
Oil (for cooking) 3 tbsp.
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Cherry tomatoes 1 cup
Parsley (chopped) 2 tbsp.
Tomato paste 1 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Parmesan cheese (grated) as required
Directions:
1. Thaw K&N’s Jumbo Frank Sausage as per instructions on the pack.
2. Take K&N’s Jumbo Frank Sausage and cut it into 2-inch small pieces.
3. Now prick 7-8 strands of spaghetti through each piece of sausage.
4. In a pot, heat water, add salt, oil, and bring it to a boil. Add sausage pricked spaghetti in water and boil until spaghetti is 80% done. Strain through chilled water and set aside. Reserve 1/4 cup of spaghetti water for later use.
5. In a pan, heat oil, add onion and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Now add parsley and tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Now add reserved spaghetti water and mix it well again and cook until sauce thickens. Add salt and black pepper and mix well.
7. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add boiled spaghetti and K&N’s Jumbo Frank Sausage. Toss well for a minute on high flame.
8. Dish it out and add parmesan cheese on top. Your Tomato Sausage Spaghetti is ready. Serve and enjoy.
