Heat in a pan add in Nigella seeds, methi seeds, cumin seeds, fennel and saute . Add in the turmeric , salt, green chilli, sugar,and cook it on a slow flame. Add in the potato and saute well.2. Then add in the tomato puree and grated ginger cover and cook until potato cooked for 15 min.For green Peas puri1. First crush the raw green peas with green chilli. heat a pan in a oil add in the green pea mixture and cook until dry.2. Then add in salt, red chilli powder cumin powder, garam masala powder and saute well.3. Remove and keep aside.For dough1. Knead the dough with refined flour salt, curd, semolina and make a soft dough.cover and rest for sometime.1. Now divide the dough equally and make a katori and stuff the green pea mixture in it .2. Seal the edges and roll it into small puris. similarly make the rest.3. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the puri until golden brown and crisp from both the sides.4. Remove on a absorbent paper and keep aside.Now check the curry and add in the coriander chopped, kasoori methi and garam masala powder and stir well.Then add in the boiled green peas and fried wadis and cook it for more 5 minsRemove it in a serving bowl and serve hot with green peas puris.
