Aloo Mutter vadiyan with Mutter Puris

Tomatoes Puree 4

Ghee 1 tbsp

Kanloji 1tsp

Methi Seeds 1tsp

Fennel seeds 1tsp

Cumin seeds 1tsp

Turmeric Powder ½ tsp

Red Chili powder 1 tsp

Salt To taste

Green Chilli Chopped 2 tsp

Sugar Pinch

Potato Diced 3 medium

Ginger grated 1tsp

Urad dal wadis 1cup

Coriander chopped 2 tbsp

Kasoori Methi 1 tbsp

Garam masala 1 tsp

Green Peas boiled ½ cup

Green Pea Puris

Green Peas 1 cup

Green chilli 2-3 no

oil 1 tbsp

Salt To taste

Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Cumin 1 tsp

Garam masala powder 1tsp

For Dough

Maida 1 cup

Salt To taste

Semolina 1 tbsp

Yogurt 3tbsp

Oil for deep fry

Method

1. Heat in a pan add in Nigella seeds, methi seeds, cumin seeds, fennel and saute . Add in the turmeric , salt, green chilli, sugar,and cook it on a slow flame. Add in the potato and saute well.

2. Then add in the tomato puree and grated ginger cover and cook until potato cooked for 15 min.

For green Peas puri

1. First crush the raw green peas with green chilli. heat a pan in a oil add in the green pea mixture and cook until dry.

2. Then add in salt, red chilli powder cumin powder, garam masala powder and saute well.

3. Remove and keep aside.

For dough

1. Knead the dough with refined flour salt, curd, semolina and make a soft dough.cover and rest for sometime.

1. Now divide the dough equally and make a katori and stuff the green pea mixture in it .

2. Seal the edges and roll it into small puris. similarly make the rest.

3. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the puri until golden brown and crisp from both the sides.

4. Remove on a absorbent paper and keep aside.

Now check the curry and add in the coriander chopped, kasoori methi and garam masala powder and stir well.

Then add in the boiled green peas and fried wadis and cook it for more 5 mins

Remove it in a serving bowl and serve hot with green peas puris.
