Triple Berry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cups of organic strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries
1 organic apple, deseeded
cup cashews or other nuts
cup plain greek yogurt
to avocado
cup kombucha
Vanilla protein powder, I use Great Lakes
tsp. Ground cinnamon
5 ice cubes
Water to get the right consistency

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender until smooth and creamy. Add water to get a good consistency. Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy!
