Turkey Lasagna - Best F'ing Lasagna you'll ever taste!

I learned this recipe many years ago from my buddy. The taste of it is unreal. We're going to make it, you're going to love it. We're going to eat and we're all going to be happy. First, we're going to start off with a pound of ground turkey. We're going to get some mushrooms, get a little package of mushrooms. Two large zucchinis. Cut those up real nice. Eggplant. Kind of chop it, you don't need to get real small. You want it chunky. Tomatoes, this is Italian style stewed tomatoes. We're going to have one big thing of marinara sauce. We're going to have half of a red onion. That you're going to chop up. Here we have some red peppers, orange pepper and yellow pepper. Kind of diced up, ready to go.

Over here, we're going to use a little bit of the Italian seasoning. There's chopped up garlic here. We've got a little oregano. Some cracked pepper. Little olive oil. Then some salt. So here we go. I got my pan going. We're starting to get it heated up. Just going to throw a little onion in there. Garlic, put that in there as well. That looks like it's getting pretty hot right there. Let's put some of this turkey on. We're going to just throw the whole thing in there. What I'm doing here is I'm kind of mixing the onions and the garlic in. Here we are, we got this all broken up. It's pretty much cooked. Vegetables, we'll just throw those in.
I got my eggplant, got my peppers, got my mushrooms. We're going to mix that up a little bit. I'm going to add a little bit more olive oil. Just kind of drizzle that around. We're going to take the marinara sauce and you just dump that in there. Italian stewed tomatoes, we're going to dump all those in there. I'm going to turn down the heat just a little so it doesn't get burned at the bottom. Blend it a little. Italian seasoning. Put a little oregano in there too. Do a few pinches of the salt. Little bit of pepper. Now we just want to mix that up. You want the veggies to kind of cook a little bit. Again, don't worry because it's going to go in the oven. The oven will do most of the cooking for you.
We're on the assembly phase now. The Mrs. Moon lasagna's. Cheddar cheese, some Monterey jack, and some mozzarella. I put that all together. Got to have some cream cheese. Sour cream and some ricotta cheese right here. Along with our noodles that we already precooked and got that all ready to go. Mm, that's good. We've got to grab our noodles. You slide those in, you got to kind of get them fitting around. It's okay to take little chunks and throw them in there. Okay, so we've got our first little layer. Now what we're going to do is we're going to spoon out some of the sauce. Now we're just going to take spoons of it and we're just going to throw that in there. We're going to spread that around nice and evenly. Now we just need to put a little bit of our cheese on it.
What I like to start off with is my cream cheese. It's the secret ingredient that nobody else uses. Except now I told you which is sad. Then we'll set that aside. We're going to grab some of the ricotta cheese and you just slide some of that off like that. Going to dab, throw, stick some ricotta cheese around. Just spread it out kind of evenly, it'll spread out when it starts cooking in the oven too. Let's get some of the cream cheese. Or the sour cream, sorry. There's the sour cream, we're going to do the same thing. Then we take some cheese. We're going to do a layer of cheese. We're going to load that up.
Okay, so we're onto another layer. We're going to grab some more noodle. We're going to slap those on there. Keep them wet so they don't stick together. All right, so let's put another layer of sauce on there now. Now, we're going to put our cheese in again. We're going to grab our cream cheese, we're just going to throw some stuff on there. We're going to use the rest of this piece. We're going to dump in some ricotta again. We're going to use the rest of this ricotta too. Now, let's get the sour cream. Same thing, we're going to dump a bunch of that on there. Now what we do is we grab another little small layer of noodles.
