Sweet tutti fruit freshly baked loaf, a perfect accompaniment with your evening tea.TUTTI FRUTTI LOAFIngredients1¼ cups refined flour (maida) + for dusting¾ cup tutti frutti 1½ cups butter + for greasing 1½ cups castor sugar 5 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 teaspoon baking powder 50 ml milkMethod1. Preheat oven to 180̊ C.2. Cream together butter and castor sugar in a bowl using an electric beater. Add eggs one by one and whisk. Add vanilla essence and whisk well. 3. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add ½ cup tutti frutti and fold well. Add milk and mix well. 4. Grease a loaf tin with some butter and dust with some flour. Pour the batter and tap. Put remaining tutti frutti on top.5. Put the tin on a baking tray. Put the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and demould.6. Slice and serve.
