Paan Kulfi
Kulfi is our all time favourite. But have you tried pan kulfi yet? This is one of the most satisfying Indian desserts you can have during summer months. Simple & easy to make yet so delicious. Try this out and do not forget to comment below about the recipe.
Ingredients
Paan patta( betel leaf) a few
Gulkand 2 tablespoons
Thandai masala cup
Milk 2 cups
Condensed Milk cup
Milk powder- cup
Green food colour 1 tea spoon (optional)
Method
Take the milk in a pan and add condensed milk and stir constantly to avoid having lumps. Add thandai masala and mix well.
Add gulkandto the milk mixture and mix well
Take out the stems from the pan leaves and put them in grinder. Add little milk mixture and grind.
Add the ground leaves to the milk mixture and mix well. Add the green colour if you wish, an mix well
Pour the mixture in Kulfi moulds and refrigerate for 6 to 7 hours or overnight.
Mango Kulfi
Ingredients
Ripe mangoes 2 pieces
1 cup milk powder
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups milk
1 cup fresh cream
cup mango pulp (optional)
Method
Peel & cut the mangoes into small pieces. Keep them in 2 bowls , one part to be blended and other for mixing later
Blend all the ingredients
Take a glass tray and pour the mixture, add the mango pieces. Add mango pulp and cling wrap the tray
Refrigerate for 6 to 7 hours or overnight.
