Vanilla Ice Cream | Ice Cream Sundae | 3 Ingredients Ice Cream | How to make Ice Cream at Home

This weekend treat yourself with this simple to make Ice-creamSundae.
We are bringing to you an easy, 3 ingredient only, ice-cream recipe that you can try making at home and make a sundae of your choice.

Ingredients:

Whipping Cream – ½ liter or 500 ml
Condensed milk – 1 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

Method:

1. Take whipping cream in a deep mixing bowl.
2. With a hand mixer, whip the cream until forms a firm peak
3. When the cream becomes firm, add vanilla essence and condensed milk.
4. Mix well
5. Put into a container and cover with a cling wrap to avoid the crystallization.
6. Freeze for 7-8 hours
7. After the ice cream is set take out from the freezer and enjoy it as a plain vanilla ice cream or make it into a sundae of your choice.
