Watch the video to learn how to make it.Ingredients:100 gm raw Variyali (Saunf/Fennel Seeds)1 litre Chilled Water3-4 tbsp. of Sugar syrup or Sugar powderMethod:1. Roast the fennel seeds in a pan for 1-2 minutes.2. Then grind them to powder.3. Transfer 2-3 tsp. of this powder into a glass.4. Add the sugar syrup/powder and lightly mix the contents.5. Pour chilled water – stir briskly as you pour the water. Taste as you stir.6. Let the drink settle and then refrigerate. 7. Serve after 10-15 minutes.Love our recipes?
