VEG BREAD VADAIngredients1 cup fresh breadcrumbsOil for deep-frying½ medium yellow capsicum, finely chopped¼ medium cabbage, finely chopped¼ medium bunch fresh fenugreek (methi) leaves, chopped1-2 green chillies, finely chopped¼ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon garam masala powderSalt to taste½ teaspoon dried ginger powder7-8 raisins, crushed5-6 cashewnuts, chopped3-4 tablespoons gram flour (besan)Method1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.2. Mix together breadcrumbs, yellow capsicum, cabbage, fenugreek leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, dried ginger powder, raisins and cashewnuts in a bowl.3. Add gram flour, 1 tablespoon oil and 1-2 tablespoons water and mix till well combined.4. Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape into vadas.5.
