Veg Hakka Noodles | व्हेज हक्का नूडल्स रेसिपी | How to make Veg Hakka Noodles with Kriti Refined Oil

Ingredients:
3 TBSP KrIti Refined Oil
1 Sliced Onion
1 Sliced Capsicum
1 Sliced Carrot
1 tbsp, chopped Ginger
1 TBSP Chopped Garlic
2 Chopped Green Chillies
1 Cup shredded Cabbage
400 GMS Boiled noodles
1 TBSP Soya Sauce
1 TBSP Chilli Sauce
1 TBSP Vinegar
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Pepper
1 Cup Moong Sprouts
½ Cup Green Spring Onion

Method:
Heat Kriti Refined Oil in a wok.
Add onions, capsicum, carrots, ginger, garlic and green chillies and sauté on a high heat for 2 minutes.
Add shredded cabbage and cook for a minute.
Add the boiled noodles and toss well.
Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and mix well.
Check for seasoning and add moong sprouts, spring onion greens and mix well and serve immediately.
