The kebabs are shallow fried till golden brown color and then served with green chutney.Ingredients:2 potatoes, boiled1/2 Cup each Green Peas, French beans, Carrots, Cauliflower2 medium onions finely chopped1/2 Cup of Fresh Mint, chopped1/2 Cup coriander, chopped1 tsp Garlic paste each1 tsp Garam Masala Powder1 tsp Red Chilli Powder1/2 tsp Turmeric PowderOil for fryingMethod:- In a large bowl add finely chopped french beans, carrots, cauliflower, onion, coriander leaves and mint leaves.- Then add green peas and boiled potatoes.- Add garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
