Vegetable kung pao is a basic stir-fry recipe with its spicy, velvety sauce blended with exotic vegetables. This can be served as a vegetarian main dish or side dish Kung Pao is one of the most popular dishes form the Schezuan region. The charred dry red chillies provide the fiery taste to these vegetables.

Ingredients:
mix vegetables 1 Cup
Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoons
pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoons
rice venigar 1 Tablespoons
ajinamoto pinch
chilles 2 Numbers
chilli sauce 1 Teaspoons
egg 1 Numbers
salt as per taste
corn strach 1 Teaspoons
red chillis 4 Numbers
garlic ginger chopped 1 Tablespoons
peanuts roasted 1 Tablespoons
spring onions 1 Bunch
vegetable stock 2 Cup

Directions:
Take a bowl add vegetable stock, soya sauce, pepper powder, rice venigar,ajinmato, chillies, chilli sauce mix well and keep a side.

Now take mix veg,nbsp;soya sauce, egg, salt mix all and add corn flour mix again. In a pan heat oil fry the marinated vegetables and keep a side.

In another pan add oil, red chilli, chopped garlic and ginger, mix wellnbsp; then add all vegetables and then add the chicken stock mix well then add the fried chicken, peanuts spring onion, lastly add cornflour mix in water for thinkness, cook for 5min and switch off the flame.
