This ultra-healthy and delicious smoothie is loaded with your favourite berries like blueberries, strawberries, mulberries, blackberries and so much more.
VERY BERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

6-8 strawberries, hulled and halved
¾ cup fresh mulberries, stemmed
12-15 fresh blackberries
¾ cup frozen blueberries
6 bananas, peeled and frozen
3 cups chilled thick yogurt
1/3 cup honey
Assorted berries for garnish

Method

1. Transfer bananas in a blender jar. Add bananas, strawberries, mulberries, blackberries, yogurt and honey and blend finely.
2. Transfer into individual serving glasses, garnish with assorted berries and serve chilled.
