Formerly serving as an executive hotel chef, Mr Calvin Koh ventured on his own after being dismissed when the pandemic struck. With his own experience and his Thai chef's assistance, the stall offers authentic Thai food that is reasonably priced.

Over here, you get a good variety of Thai Zi Char dishes to choose from. Popular mouth-watering dishes are fresh steamed seabass and zesty steamed sotong with Thai lime sauce. Tom Yum soup, packed with spices and herbs like lemongrass and galangal, is made cream-style with evaporated milk and loaded with prawns. Breaded prawn cakes and juicy fish cakes are homemade.

Boat noodle and fried Kway Teow are two other signature dishes. The former is a big bowl containing pork and meatballs. The savoury rice noodle absorbs the strong, tangy flavour of the broth. Packed with wok hei, the Thai-style fried Kway Teow contains big slices of fish cake and de-shelled prawns.
