Wardman Park Cocktail Recipe - Cocktails After Dark - Glen And Friends Cocktails.
Today on Glen And Friends Cooking we are reaching back to another one of our old cocktail books - Ted Saucier's Bottoms Up from 1951 - and making a Drambuie cocktail. We also tackle the thorny question "how long to stir a cocktail?", while discussing how many people can't tell when a piece of video has been edited for time. There is a pretty nice accidental ASMR stretch in the middle where you are treated to some wonderfully relaxing tinkling of ice as we stir the cocktail.

Wardman Park
1 ¼ oz. dry sherry
¾ oz. brandy
¾ oz. Drambuie
Stir well in ice, and strain into cocktail glass. Add lemon peel.
