材料 Ingredients:

兩片厚切薑 2 thick ginger slices
30克芫荽 30g Coriander
150克免治牛肉 150g Minced beef
三隻浸發好的冬菇 3 soaked Shiitake mushrooms
兩隻蛋白 2 Egg white
250毫升上湯:雞湯或瑤柱湯 250ml chicken / conpoy stock
1公升清水 1L Water

調味料: Beef Marinade:
兩茶匙糖 2 tsp sugar
一茶匙胡椒粉 1 tsp ground black pepper
一湯匙生抽 1 TBS Soy sauce
一茶匙紹興酒 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
兩茶匙米糠油 2 tsp Rice bran oil
一茶匙麻油 1 tsp Sesame oil

打芡用的生粉水: Thickening mixture:
30克生粉+20毫升水 30g Potato starch mix with 20 ml water
