Omelette Paratha/ Egg Paratha / Anda ParathaA simple Paratha Recipe for breakfast or a brunch, kids would love to have it.Ingredients:Eggs: 4 No'sWheat Flour: 1 CupMilk: 1 CupWater: 1/2 a CupOil: 2 to 3 TeaspoonsSalt: 1 Teaspoon or as neededSugar:Chili Powder: 1/2 TeaspoonMethod of Preparation:To a mixing bowl add 2 eggs, add 1/2 a Tsp of Salt, and 1/2 a Tsp of Sugar to get a good color.Beat them all well until sugar melts, add a cup of milk to it, mix well.Add 1 Tsp of Oil as well and mix thoroughly.Now, add 1 Cup of Wheat Flour and mix well, add 1/2 a cup of water to get a thin consistency.Heat a pan with some oil, pour 1/2 an Spn of Batter onto the pan, and spread it by moving the pan.Let pan be heated normally on low-flame only, and let it cook for a while.Flip turn it and cook until brown spots appear, on medium flame.Press the paratha well so that they cook fluffy and soft.Place the Paratha aside for a while.To a mixing bowl add 2 eggs, add 1/2 a Tsp of Salt, or as needed.Add 1/2 a Tsp of Chili Powder beat them well.Any veggies of our choice can be added to the egg mixture.Add a Tsp oil to the pan spread the Egg mixture let fry for a while.Place the Paratha onto the Egg, now, flip turn, and cook it for some time.Serve hot with some Chutney, Curry, Sauce or only Paratha without any accompanies t it.Wheat Flour Egg Paratha With Liquid Dough | పిండి పిసకడం, చపాతీ పీట లేకుండా గోధుమపిండితో ఎగ్ పరటా
