Wheat Flour Egg Paratha With Liquid Dough | పిండి పిసకడం, చపాతీ పీట లేకుండా గోధుమపిండితో ఎగ్ పరటా | Hyderabadi Ruchulu

Omelette Paratha/ Egg Paratha / Anda Paratha
A simple Paratha Recipe for breakfast or a brunch, kids would love to have it.

Ingredients:
Eggs: 4 No's
Wheat Flour: 1 Cup
Milk: 1 Cup
Water: 1/2 a Cup
Oil: 2 to 3 Teaspoons
Salt: 1 Teaspoon or as needed
Sugar:
Chili Powder: 1/2 Teaspoon

Method of Preparation:

To a mixing bowl add 2 eggs, add 1/2 a Tsp of Salt, and 1/2 a Tsp of Sugar to get a good color.
Beat them all well until sugar melts, add a cup of milk to it, mix well.
Add 1 Tsp of Oil as well and mix thoroughly.
Now, add 1 Cup of Wheat Flour and mix well, add 1/2 a cup of water to get a thin consistency.
Heat a pan with some oil, pour 1/2 an Spn of Batter onto the pan, and spread it by moving the pan.
Let pan be heated normally on low-flame only, and let it cook for a while.
Flip turn it and cook until brown spots appear, on medium flame.
Press the paratha well so that they cook fluffy and soft.
Place the Paratha aside for a while.
To a mixing bowl add 2 eggs, add 1/2 a Tsp of Salt, or as needed.
Add 1/2 a Tsp of Chili Powder beat them well.
Any veggies of our choice can be added to the egg mixture.
Add a Tsp oil to the pan spread the Egg mixture let fry for a while.
Place the Paratha onto the Egg, now, flip turn, and cook it for some time.
Serve hot with some Chutney, Curry, Sauce or only Paratha without any accompanies t it.
