1 cup Penne Pasta
2 teaspoon Oil
1-1/2 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Garlic, chopped
1/4 cup Capsicum
1/4 cup Carrot
1/4 cup Sweet Corn
1/4 cup Cabbage
2 tablespoon Maida (All Purpose Flour)
1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1/4 teaspoon Pepper Powder
Mozzarella Cheese
2 tablespoon Butter
Spring Onion
Salt, to taste
2 cups Water
