All I have been doing is tracking my calories with an app called Lifesum and using a Body Fat scale to track how much Fat I have lost. In this video I recommend the best Body Fat scale you can buy and will provide all of the links down below. Honestly its the best body fat scale I have ever had. A lot of people ask "Do body fat scales really work?" The Answer is YES if you are trying to track the difference in the day to day / week to week results. But of course they are not going to be as accurate as a DEXA Scan or a In Body Scan.
