Wok Hei Aplenty - smokey, velvety Hor Fun doused with egg-laden gravy

Run by stallholder Mr Leo, Hor Fun Premium is a popular spot at the Alexandra Village Food Centre for the dishes served.

One of the signatures is the Beef Hor Fun that comes with a generous plate of wok hei-infused hor fun, topped with smokey, tender beef slices, and doused with silky egg-laden gravy. Other choices like fish and mixed hor fun are also available.

If those who prefer rice, Beef/ Fish Mui Fun, Pork Ribs Rice and Spring Onion & Ginger Beef/Fish Rice are splendid selections.

Deep fried prawn paste chicken wings is a favourite dish that goes well with Hor Fun and Mui Fan.
