First separate the egg yolks and egg whites.2. Take a mixing bowl add the egg yolks, sugar, use a hand blender mix it well then add ghee little by little add vanilla essence, cardamom powder, ginger powder, yogurt, dry fruits (cherry, tut fruity) mix it well.3. Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, baking powder, mix it well and keep it aside.4. Take a bowl add egg whites and whisk it well and add pinch of salt again whisk it.5. Take yogurt mixture in this add all purpose and soda mixture and mix it well, then add the half of the egg whites and mix it, again we add remaining portion of the egg whites and mix it well.6. Pour the mixture into the mould and bake it 180 degree centigrade for 45 to 50 minutes.7.
