Shepards Pie and Shepherd's Burrito
Ingredients:
lbe ground lamb
4 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
onion, super fine dice
1 jalapeno, super fine dice
tsp. Fresh Thyme leaves, chopped fine
tsp fresh Rosemary leaves, chopped fine
cup red wine
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
4 medium carrots, small chop
1 stalk organic celery, finely chopped
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup chicken broth or beef broth
1 Tbsp. arrowroot or cornstarch
Salt
Pepper
3 large organic russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
3 Tbsp. organic butter
cup of organic whole milk
1 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
cup gruyere, grated
cup parmesan cheese, grated

For the Shepherd's Pie Burrito version
Additional Ingredients:
Large flour tortillas or your favorite tortilla
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 tsp. organic or pasture raised butter
