Get really stuck into this week's video, an unusually immersive vegan lasagna recipe (using footage from my phone, originally shot in a different aspect ration). It is far from the classic lasagna recipe, made using ingredients I needed to use up at home, and using plant-based ingredients. Incredibly tasty, pretty easy to make and full of flavour.
