Pork-Wrapped Tofu
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
150g tofu (firm)
6 pork belly slices
80g enoki mushrooms
3 cheese slices
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons virgin olive oil
Salt, as needed
Pepper, as needed
Black pepper, as needed

Sauce
2 teaspoons virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/3 teaspoon salt
Pepper, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Wrap the tofu with paper towels. Put the weight on the tofu and let it sit for 10 minutes to drain. Cut into 6 equal pieces.
2. Break apart the enoki mushrooms. Cut the cheese slices into halves.
3. Season the pork slices with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Put the tofu (1), the enoki mushrooms (2), and the cheese (2) on the pork and roll it.
4. Heat the virgin olive oil in a pan. Place (2) on the pan (the edge side down). Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
5. Mix all of the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
6. Place the rolled pork (4) on a plate. Pour the sauce. Add some black pepper on top.
7. Enjoy!
