Cut the assuage into bite-sized pieces.2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan on medium heat and stir fry the grout pork until done. Add the atsuage pieces (1) and leek slices into the pan and cook for a few minutes.3. Mix all of the ingredients A and pour into the pan (2). Cook on medium heat until thickened.4. Put (3) in a bowl.
