Atsuage Soboro
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 deep fried tofu (aka Atsuage)
100g ground pork
10cm leek (sliced)
1 tablespoon sesame oil

A
80ml water
2 tablespoons noodle soup base (aka Mentsuyu)
1 tablespoon sake
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon potato starch
Chili threads, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the assuage into bite-sized pieces.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan on medium heat and stir fry the grout pork until done. Add the atsuage pieces (1) and leek slices into the pan and cook for a few minutes.
3. Mix all of the ingredients A and pour into the pan (2). Cook on medium heat until thickened.
4. Put (3) in a bowl. Add some chili threads on top.
5. Enjoy!
