Grilled Cabbage Steaks
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 cabbage
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Japanese BBQ sauce (aka Yakiniku-no-tare)
Parsley (chopped), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the cabbage into halves.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Place the cabbage halves (cut side down) on the pan. Cook until golden. Flip the cabbage. Cook with a lid on until done.
3. Add the Japanese BBQ sauce. Add some parsley on top.
4. Enjoy!
