Tuna (maguro)
Red sea bream (madai)
Amberjack (kanpachi)
Salmon
Abalone (awabi)
Raw whitebait (nama-shirasu)
Salmon roe (ikura)
Sweet shrimp (amaebi)
Perilla leaves
Steamed rice

PREPARATION
1. Slice all the fish into smaller pieces.
