Egg Soup Udon
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
A
300ml water
1 tablespoon noodle soup base (aka mentsuyu)
2 teaspoons potato strach

1 pack frozen udon
1 egg (beaten)
Sesame oil, as needed
Chopped scallions, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Heat all of the ingredients A in a pot on medium until it boils while stirring.
2. Add cooked udon into the pot (1).
3. Add the beaten egg into the pot (1). Stir gently when the egg is getting settled.
4. Put (3) in a bowl. Add some sesame oil. Sprinkle some chopped scallions on top.
5. Enjoy!
