Ninjin Shirishiri (Stir-fried Carrot Strips) is a local dish of Okinawa prefecture. "Shirishiri" means thin strips (julienne strips) in Okinawan dialect.Stir-fried carrot strips are very sweet. Adding tuna makes the dish very tasty yet addictive.
