Aglio e Olio Egg Toast
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 slices white bread
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic (smashed)
50g bacon (cut into small pieces)
5 cherry tomatoes
Olive oil, as needed
Hot chili peppers, as needed
Salt, as needed
Parsley (chopped), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Toast the bread.
2. Cook the garlic with olive oil in a pan on low heat.
3. When the garlic is fragrant, add the bacon pieces, the hot chili peppers, and the eggs to the pan. Cook until the eggs are getting set.
4. Add cherry tomatoes (cut into halves). Season with salt.
5. Place (4) on the toast (1). Add some parsley on top.
6. Enjoy!
