Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Thighs #shorts

KWISPY. Just how it should be

Hamzi Arif serving tender, juicy buffalo chicken thighs using just an air fryer - perfect for fast game meals

Ingredients:
500g Chicken Thighs
5g salt (by weight of chicken)
5g baking powder
5g corn starch

Buffalo Sauce:
50 g butter (1 part)
50 g hot sauce (1 part) - (your favorite Louisiana style hot sauce)
tbsp Garlic powder
20 cranks of black pepper
20g of heavy cream

Steps:
1. Spray basket of air fryer with no stick cooking spray. Preheat air fryer to 200 degrees celsius
2. Pat Chicken Thighs dry with paper towels. Coat with baking powder, cornstarch and salt
3. Place in Airfryer for 30 mins
4. Meanwhile, prepare buffalo sauce by adding hot sauce and emulsifying butter in a pan, add garlic powder and black pepper. Once cooled, add cream
5. Once chicken is cooked through, add buffalo sauce and coat chicken
6. Serve immediately and enjoy
