Aloo Bhujia Namkeen Recipe | Aloo ki Bhujia | Namkeen Bhujia | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• 3 Cup Grated Potato
• 3 Cup Besan
• Parsley (or can add any herb)
• Salt to taste
• 1 TBSP red chilli powder
• 2 TSP Garlic Powder
• Roasted cumin powder 2 TSP
• Oil for Deep Fry
Process
• Add 3 Cup Grated Potato
• Add 3 Cup Besan
• Add Parsley (or can add any herb)
• Add Salt to taste
• Add 1 TBSP red chilli powder
• Add 2 TSP Garlic Powder
• Add roasted cumin powder 2 TSP
• Mix it nicely
• Add 2 TBSP Oil
• Prepare a tight dough
• Divide the dough in 4-5 parts
• Fill one part in the sev press fitted with fine net
• Heat oil in a pan.
• Press the sev press over the hot oil.
• Simmer the heat
• Fry till golden brown from both the sides
• Remove from oil on a kitchen tissue.
• Cool the Aloo Bhujia and store in an airtight container.
