Aloo Kadhi Recipe | Potato Yogurt Curry | आलू कढी़ | Aloo ki Kadhi Recipe

Ingredient:
• Grated boiled Potatoes 1 Cup
• Coriander
• Chillies
• Ginger paste ½ TBSP
• singhara atta ½ Cup + ¼ Cup
• Sendha namak as per taste
• Curd 1 Cup
• Sugar 1 TSP
• Black Pepper
Process:
• Grated boiled Potatoes 1 Cup
• Add coriander
• Add Chopped chilies
• Add ginger paste ½ TBSP
• Add singhara atta ½ Cup
• Add Sendha namak as per taste
• Roll the mixture into small ball
• Keep it aside for 20 mints
• Heat the oil in a pan for Deep fry
• Deep Fry each Ball
Whisked Curd
• Add 1 cup Curd in a bowl
• Add 1 Cup water
• Add ¼ Cup Singhara atta
• Add Sendha namak as per taste
Kadhi :
• Add 2 TBSP Ghee in a Pan
• Add 1 TSP Cumin seeds
• Add Chopped Ginger
• Add Green Chilli
• Add Curry Leaves
• Fry it nicely
• Add Whisked Curd
• Cook it for 5-7 mints
• Add Green Chillies
• Add TSP Sugar
• Add 1 TSP Black Pepper
• Add Potato Ball
• Add ¼ Cup Water
• Cover with the lid for 5 mints
• Add Coriander leaves
• Cook for another 7 mints
• Serve hot
