Aloo Parwal Sabji Recipe | Aloo Parwal in Pressure Cooker | Scroll RecipeIngredients :• 250 gm parwal • 1 Potato • 2 TSP cumin powder• 2 TSP coriander powder• 2 TSP red chilli powder• 2 TSP Kashmiri red chilli powder• ½ TSP turmeric powder• Salt to taste• 2 TBSP oil • ½ TSP Cumin seeds • 1 TSP turmeric powder• 1 chopped tomato• ½ TSP garam masala• ½ TSP roasted cumin powder ( optional)• 1 TBSP ghee ProcessStep 1 :• Add 1.5 TSP cumin powder in a bowl• Add 1.5 TSP coriander powder• Add 1.5 TSP red chilli powder• Add 1 TSP kashmiri red chilli powder• Add ½ TSP turmeric powder• Add water • Add Salt to taste• Prepare a smooth pasteStep 2:• Add 2 TBSP oil in a cooker • Heat the oil• Add ½ TSP Cumin seeds • Add diced parwal• Add diced potato• Add 1 TSP turmeric powder• Sauté it for few minutes • Add masala mix • Mix it nicely• Add 2 cups of water• Add chopped tomato• Wait for 2-3 whistle in low medium heat• Open the lid • Add ½ TSP garam masala• Add ½ TSP roasted cumin powder ( optional)• Cook for another 2 mints• Add 1 TBSP ghee • Serve with Rice/Roti==================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
