Make it and enjoy. #HappyCookingToYou Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/33r6rocVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Ande Aalo Cholay Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Oil ½ Cup-Pyaz (Onion) Chopped 1-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2-Tamatar ka paste (Tomato paste) 1 tbs-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & ½ tsp-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Dahi (Yogurt) 2 tbs-Cholay (Chickpeas) Boiled 1 & ½ cup -Aalo (Potatoes) Boiled 2 -Yakhni (Chicken stock) 1 cup-Paani (Water) ½ cup or as required-Hari mirch (Green chili) 4-6-Chat masala ½ tsp -Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp-Zeera & dhania (cumin & coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp-Hara dhanaia (Green coriander) -Dahi (Yogurt) 3-4 tbs -Ande (Eggs) Boiled 4Direction:-In pan, add oil and onion (chopped) and sauté until translucent.-Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes (chopped) and cook until tomatoes are soft. -Add tomato paste, red chili powder,turmeric powder, salt and mix well.-Add yogurt and mix well until oil separates.-Now add chickpeas,potatoes (boiled), chicken stock and water,cook for 2-3 minutes.-Add green chili,sprinkle chat masala,whole spice powder,cumin & coriander (roasted & crushed) and green coriander.-Cover and put it on simmer for 1-2 minutes.-Garnish with yogurt and eggs (boiled).-Ande aalo cholay is ready.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Oil ½ Cup-Pyaz (Onion) Chopped 1-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2-Tamatar ka paste (Tomato paste) 1 tbs-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & ½ tsp-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Dahi (Yogurt) 2 tbs-Cholay (Chickpeas) Boiled 1 & ½ cup -Aalo (Potatoes) Boiled 2 -Yakhni (Chicken stock) 1 cup-Paani (Water) ½ cup or as required-Hari mirch (Green chili) 4-6-Chat masala ½ tsp -Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp-Zeera & dhania (cumin & coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp-Hara dhanaia (Green coriander) -Dahi (Yogurt) 3-4 tbs -Ande (Eggs) Boiled 4Directions:-Pan mein oil aur pyaz (chopped) dal ker translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.-Adrak lehsan paste aur tamatar (chopped) dal ker tamatar naram hunay tak paka lein.-Tomato paste,lal mirch powder,haldee powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Dahi shamil karein aur oil alag hunay tak mix ker lein.-Ab is mein cholay,aalo (boiled),yakhni aur pani dal ker 2-3 minute kliya paka lein.-Hari mirch,chat masala,garam masala powder,zeera & dhania (roasted & crushed) aur hara dhania shamil karein.-Dhak ker 1-2 minute kliya dum per rakh dein.-Dahi aur ande (boiled) sa garnish karein.-Ande aalo cholay tayyar han.
