Ankake Egg Donburi
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
A
1 cup water
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons potato starch
1 teaspoon sugar
1/3 teaspoon chicken stock powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 bowl steamed rice

PREPARATION
1. Cook all of the ingredients A in a pot on low heat. Cook and stir until thickened.
2. Beat the egg in a bowl. Turn up the heat (1) to medium and pour the egg into the
pan. When the egg is getting set, turn off the heat.
3. Put the rice (warm) on a bowl. Add (2) on top. Add the sesame oil.
4. Enjoy!
