Ingredient :
• 2 cups of Suji/Semolina
• 1 ½ Cup Curd
• 1 chopped Onion
• 1 chopped Capsicum
• 1 Chopped Tomato
• 3 Green chillies
• 1 Grated Carrot
• 1 TSP Baking soda
• salt to taste
• Some coriander leaves
• Red chilli powder 1 TSP
• Cumin powder 1 TSP
• ½ TSP Baking soda
• 1TSP Vinegar
• Oil

Process:
• In Bowl prepare Batter
• Add chopped capsicum
• Add onion
• Add Tomato
• 2 cups of Suji/Semolina
• Add Curd 1 ½ cups
• Add 2 Cups of water and Mix it
• Add salt to taste
• Add Red chilli powder 1 TSP
• Add Green chillies and Ginger
• Add coriander leaves
• Add roasted cumin powder 1 TSP
• Add ½ TSP baking soda
• Add 1 TSP Vinegar
• Mix it nicely
• Keep it aside for 15 minutes
• Grease oil in each of its grooves
• Add a spoon full of rava mixture in each appam grooves
• Cover the pan with lid and cook for 5 minutes
