Asian Beef Noodle Soup

Gabe is back and he's joined by Moshe Nafisi from the hit show Skill'it! Watch them make an incredible beef noodle soup, with a fresh chili oil you won't believe.

2.2 pounds beef shoulder
2 green onions, chopped, divided
couple pieces of fresh ginger
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Gochujang
1 tablespoon Doenjang
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 leeks
1/2 red onion
1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
2 bay leaves
2 star anises
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon clove
1 small nutmeg
6 cardamom pods
2 quarts beef stock
pinch of salt to taste
