Atsuage Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS
2 Atsuage (thick fried tofu)
Sliced or shredded cheese, as needed
Potato starch, as needed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin

Chopped scallions, as needed
White sesame seeds, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the atsuage into halves. Make a slit on each assuage piece. Put the cheese in it.
2. Dust the atsuage (1) with potato starch. Cook on medium in an oiled pan until crispy outside.
3. Add soy sauce and mirin into the pan (2) and simmer. Serve with chopped scallions and white sesame seeds on top.
4. Enjoy!
