Bacon Tarte Tatin

INGREDIENTS
1 frozen puff pastry sheet
4 bacon slices
Olive oil, as needed
Black pepper, as needed
Shredded cheese, as needed
1 mozzarella cheese
1 egg yolk

PREPARATION
1. Thaw the frozen puff pastry sheet at the room temperature. Roll out and cut into 4 equal pieces.
2. Put the bacon on a baking tray lined with a foil. Bake in the toaster oven until crispy and golden.
3. Apply the olive oil on a baking tray lined with a parchment paper. Put some black pepper, shredded cheese, the bacon (2), and sliced mozzarella cheese.
4. Place the puff pastry sheet (1) on (3). Give an egg wash. Bake in the oven (preheated to 200C/ 392F) for 15 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
*The parchment paper needs to be the heat-proofed for 250C (482F)/ 20 mins.
