Baked Apples
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 apple
10g butter
2 tablespoons mirin
cinnamon powder, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Wash the apple thoroughly, slice it into 1.5cm thick rings, and remove the core.
2. In a frying pan, melt the butter and cook the apple rings on both sides until they develop a golden-brown color. Add mirin and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
3. Serve in a dish, sprinkle with cinnamon powder, and serve with strained yogurt.
4. Enjoy!
