Baked Cod with Olives and Tomato Sauce | Cooking with Napolina

Our baked cod recipe has a spicy tomato sauce and combines passata with peppers & chilli, olives and garlic.

3 cloves garlic
1 small bunch fresh basil
3 x tablespoons Napolina Olive Oil
1 x 390g carton Napolina Passata with Peppers & Chilli
Sea salt
Fresh ground black pepper
4 x 150g skinless and boneless cod fillets
1 handful Napolina Green or Black Olives
1 x tablespoon capers (drained)
