Baked Non-Shaped Onigiri
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
A
2 bowls steamed rice (warm)
5g bonito flakes (aka Katsuobushi)
1 tablespoon noodle dashi base (aka Mentsuyu)
Shredded cheese, as needed
Sesame oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.
2. Coat a pan lightly wit sesame oil. Put shredded cheese on the pan and cook on
medium heat until melted.
3. Spread the mixed rice (1) on the cheese (2). Flip when the cheese is crispy.Cook
Bake until golden brown and cut into quarters.
4. Enjoy!
